  • 401(k) and matching contributions
    After 30 days of employment, KCG employees are automatically enrolled in the firm 401(k), but are free to stop or change contributions at any time. Through the program, you can save up to 50% of your total pay—pretax, after tax, or a combination.

    KCG matches up to 6%, or a maximum of $8,000. Employees are fully vested in KCG’s matching contributions after one year of employment.
  • Health and wellness
    KCG employees have two point-of-service (POS) plan options from which to choose. Both plans are administered by Aetna.

    KCG’s Commuter Benefit Plan helps employees save on commuting-related expenses, including mass-transit expenses and qualified parking expenses. KCG provides up to $50 a month in mass-transit subsidies.
  • Child care
    KCG has made special arrangements with Bright Horizons, a nationwide child care program, to provide backup care for children (from 3 months to 12 years of age) when  normal care arrangements are not available.
